The interview was with a panel where you have 1 hour to make a presentation to state your case about why you are the best candidate for the position. Then it is followed by a half hour with each of the panelists to dig deep into your technical knowledge to see if you are really qualified to work at Blue

Deep technical questions about my discipline and some ambiguous questions which tested my technical breadth and reasoning abilities.
HR phone screen then hiring manager interviewer. He didn't seem to be interested in interviewing me. They just wanted to get it over with. Interview started out by the manager saying he must ask these questions because HR told him to.

Interview
Initial 30min Recruiter Screening that asked mostly motivation for working at Blue Origin and what technical skills you bring that match the Job Description. During the same meeting, I was told I'd be going forward to the panel interview.
My panel was 5 1-on-1 45 min sessions. Very big mixture of behavioral and technical questions depending on who you're interviewing with.
The interview process was smooth and easy to organize. Everything was set up efficiently and completed within a few weeks. There was a panel interview with several experts on the team. Overall, I had a great experience.
