I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio
Interview
Process took five weeks, I thought things were good when I had two interviews in same day. I was never lead to believe anything wasn't right or a reason why additional interviews were taking place. It suddenly went quiet for two weeks when I received a generic "thanks but no thanks email"
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio in Jul 2014
Interview
The process was well organized and run by the original recruitment specialist through Jobvite.com. A good mix of phone calls, video calls and final in-person interviews at a location that required a day of travel. They arranged the travel and paid for it, reimbursing me for my out of pocket expenses very promptly. It didn't result in an offer but if an offer came later on I would still seriously consider it.

Question 1
Nothing outrageously difficult as I was more than qualified for the position, even willing to take a significant pay cut. The crucial mistake I made, as I've been told, is that I spoke too much about a huge project I successfully managed recently and not enough about my broader CRM skills. I wish they had asked more pointed questions and we had had more time in the final interviews.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2014
Interview
Definitely a long process, but it comes with a purpose and is equally helpful to you as it is to Appirio. I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter, two phone interviews with other consultants, and finally an on-site interview with four employees that included a mix of managers and consultants. Every person you talk to wants to make sure your questions are answered and you get a good feel for the company. You can tell Appirio understands that it's a two-way street in terms of finding the right fit. It's an endurance test for sure, so prepare yourself accordingly. Worth it in the long run.

Pretty standard questions. Know how to sell your background for the position and how your skills are applicable.
