Interview
You write an assessment. They test your typing and grammar skills. They give you a time limit for each section. If you have failed one section, you don’t get to continue but if you pass the entire test, you get interviewed by one of the HR consultants, it’s a laidback kind of interview, they just want to know what type of person you are. If they see you’re the right candidate for the job, they hire you.
