Interview
The interview process consisted of a screening call with HR and another call with a local employee. The last part consisted of 6x1 hour interviews with the focus on behavioral questions. Unfortunately, AWS is not allowed to provide any feedback after the interviews so you don’t know why it didn’t work out. Ironically, they send you an e-mail a couple of days later to receive a feedback from you regarding the interview process.
