Amazon Senior Manager interview questions

Lengthy. Thought provoking and behavior based questions. Interviewed with 5 people individually and on video. All interviewers were on time process was smooth. Still continue to apply to positions but no response or interest it seems.

Initial call, screening call, hr discussion, interview trainer discussion, multi-person sequenced interview. Follow-up is extremely prompt, data is clear, appointments are punctual. Overall a very nice experience. Other companies should learn something from Amazon. The best most flawless interview process I've had in my 20 year career.
