It was brief and to the point. Asked mostly about databases. Polishing some Java knowledge would also help. You generally would not have a choice to select the team but it would largely depend on the requirements
It was mass hiring that time. I was interviewed via phone. Therewere about hundreds of us freshers waiting for oir turn to be called in a room, where therewas a table and a telephone. The i terviewer asked a few questions like task handling, working with others and the like. Not so much on the technicalstuff since ithi k they are filling a lot of positions that time.

comprise both technical java and html5 questions, and questions regarding competency in your final school projects.
interviewer was very nice, did not ask demanding questions.
told me overtime was common and there may be 12 hour shifts depending on the project you are on.
I was most concerned about career progression and he told me it is mostly vertical growth in this career, you may become more specialized in a client industry depending on the projects you work on.
travel overseas is most likely impossible but travel to client place or other accenture offices is above 75%, so you dont really get to stay in the HQ at all
