Exam, HRI, Final Interview. The process was short and efficient. Feedback and update on the status of my application took time. But generally all is good. I had a positive experience.

Interview
You have to wait for almost hours due to mass hiring. Once you passed the assessment you will proceed to initial interview and must speak full English. I didn't not pass since it was my first time to apply in a BPO industry and I don't have experience as csr. Better luck next time.
