Opportunity to work offshore and live in another country. Average comms when working 24/7.

Cons

So many... Unprofessional and arrogant attitude of incompetent unknowledgable management, poor client service, terrible staff treatment, no recognition, no support at all even for new starters, rubbish reputation, unrealistic targets, no work/life balance, no career progression, wrong priorities, unethical with clients selling them what is best for the company.

gym membership and discounted rooms, when were allowed to use it. the majority penalised for the mistakes of the few.

Cons

where to begin? in competent management with completely the wrong priorities and attitude of arrogance. no career progression or staff development. low pay, unpaid overtime, overwhelming workloads, unsatisfactory working conditions, training and equipment. no recognition for good work or a job well done. very little job perks.
