Pros

Spend 6 weeks in Malta, so there is a huge learning curve involved in a short period of time and it is very intense. You are constantly improving your skills and the managers are really nice and always ready to help. They do want to see you succeed, and learn. Nigel Green spends a lot of time in Malta, is very hands-on and a great motivator. Being around him gives you a better idea of his goals for the company, and his energy is definitely infectious!

Cons

6am starts, and a lot of work outside of office hours, but this is to be expected in a six-week intense training course

Pros

The idea of working for such a large well known establishment would be great, as the future prospects would build your career.

Cons

You can apply for as many roles as you want, via email or online or linkedin. Noone will reply to your email or even notify you if they have received your application. Very bad ethics in the recruitment process.
