      Majority of the starters come from incredible academic backgrounds, so you'll be working in an environment with stimulating people.

      Cons

      The company places unrealistic expectations for you to become a financial advisor. They claim to support your studies towards achieving the qualifications, however do not give you time off to study nor do they pay for your exams - which are costly. Inbetween trying to pursue your exams, you are expected to maintain a ridiculous work-ethic level that makes it impossible for you to focus on both simultaneously. Lastly, what they dont explain to you when hiring you, is that you start on a 'retainer' income basis - meaning you don't actually receive the commission made on sales.
