Cutting corners is their thing.
To start with - most people in satellite offices don't have work visa's - and they will encourage you to not worry about it if you have a UK passport even during the first interviews with HR. They can't provide you regular payslips to get a visa because you're on 100% commission and it takes months to get your first "sale" to have any kind of income. Don't fall for it, it can really cost you in the long-run if more diligent countries catch that you've been exiting and reentering on a tourist visa with different passports.
They will also require you to represent them fully on LinkedIn until you no longer work there and then they will send you a threatening letter asking you to scrub their existence off your LinkedIn - otherwise they will prosecute you. I consulted a lawyer - these threats have no basis.
The fact they're trying to hide how many people they churn through online, should be a warning to anyone looking to join.
Also unsurprisingly a lot of the workers are MAGA, hate paying tax (although love to holiday in countries that are maintained well through taxes) - and are often racist towards anyone that isn't British. This should be expected as the main service this company offers is hiding UK-expats investments so that it's not taxed - in SIPPS & Life Insurance wrappers.
