      Pros

      Developing IT culture, biggest internet company in Latin America, IT teams are very skilled and helpful. If you get on the right team, it will be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Still stuck in pre-digital mindset, poor compensation, lack of bonuses for all employees, to much bureaucracy even for the simplest of things, lots of managers with no technical knowledge whatsoever.

      Compensation and benefits below average, low presence of HR policies, such as: career development programs, bonus and promotion policies don't exist, very confusing job and salary structure, long hours.
