The IT area is new, because the company bought some other small IT companies. So they are adopting some good practices of this small companies as: good environment, bettter salaries, new techonologies, participate in open-source projects, fliexible work hours.

Cons

Some part of the company is old and traditional so the relationship with IT is not so good. They have problems to understand the changes for a digital company.
