People with good presentation and demo skills gets to the top by presenting other's work. Concentrated too much on process, and not innovative enough. Only focus on revenue not the technical infrastructure of the product line from Engineering to delivery.
If you are working at the bottom and doing technical work. You will likely not like to work here, as upper management only cares about managers how you present the group of work, and don't value or reword or even recognize the individuals for their innovative solutions.
Lack of communication from Engineering to delivery. Too many levels in reporting, resulting in low efficiency, and waste time on what is the most important to do as a team.
