Pros

There are no pros at Xylem. I would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Cons

They will work you to death and not think twice about it. My manager said his Labor Day wasn’t that bad cuz he only had to work 4 hours. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Pros

The benefits are fairly good.

Cons

Poor leadership/management. There is not alot of room for growth. Safety is an issue. Process implementation is lacking.

Pros

Volunteer opportunities, decent benefits, unlimited PTO but not encouraged to use time

Cons

Passive aggressive coworkers (especially those who are long time employees), complicated processes for simple tasks, outdated ERP system, poor training, manager nor team made much effort to get to know each other - made for a lonely experience, no accountability
