      Pros

      Good team work and good comrodery built, good chain of command, and not bad pay.

      Cons

      The more you work, the more work they will pile on you; without paying you any more than originally. I thought it was supposed to work the other way around, but not at Xylem / Godwin Pumps. The good chain of command I mentioned above is great when EVERYONE is doing their part, but when it falls apart, it's like trying to manage a kindergarten class.

      Pros

      a lot of steady work,,reasonable wage fairly good prospects, good prospects for advansment and travel with operations in a lot of countrys

      Cons

      a lot of very dirty work especilaly on the sewage pump repair side plus can be very heavy as a lot of the pumps are quite weighty
