      Pros

      Good working environment with good benefits. Great employee activities and events.

      Cons

      Upper management seemed to make many uninformed decisions hampering the growth of the company. People have the tendency to be let go from the company for strange reasons such as personality clashes, etc.. and not based on poor performance or violations.

      Pros

      The position offered a lot of autonomy and was very fun. The people were great to work with and the company had a strong, positive culture.

      Cons

      There were almost no opportunities for career growth. Once you've been in a position for a while and are looking to advance within the company, there were no avenues and no focus on development.
