      Overworked Finance Organization

      Pros

      Great benefits in the form of 401k match and corporate perks discounts.

      Cons

      Ancient PTO policy without roll-over in a very high pressure environment, i.e. you barely get to use your vacation days. The finance organization as a whole is under to much stress and doesn't fit into the 21st century with out dated technology and management style.

      Pros

      Initially the company had a relaxed yet professional armosphere and personal initiative was encouraged. Employees were treated with respect and the job benefits were fantastic.

      Cons

      The company began to be laser focused on quarterly profits. Micromanaging became the norm with a push for more paperwork, more approvals for paper work, and faster completion times. Benefits were cut and the new CEO liked to say he could read a persons worth in three minutes and that is about all the time he would give. The company liked to push morals and values but only as a cya for legal. Bean counters run the show and the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

      Pros

      Culture is nice, people are great. Technology is insanely great. PMs are brilliant. It's a shame they can't get their upper mgmt in order

      Cons

      Sharks atmosphere in Charlotte. Vision from upper management is unrealistic. Wish I could have stayed much longer. Merge of US and Canada was a mistake and hurt the organization. Stop changing CEOs and get it right
