      Pros

      More work, more responsibilities, Family environment, very leas politics at local center. Neutral salary structure not high, not less. 👍🏻

      Cons

      Less Employees sometime for big project. Sometimes burden for single developer. Tester and developer should not be the same for any project.

      Pros

      Great job. Hard work and contractors can be challenging but it is worth the time spent cultivating relationships.

      Cons

      Working with sewage is not for the faint of heart. You can get involved with some heavy labor if you get a big project and help is not readily available. Customers will respect you for seeing you on the sight so it does have some positives.
