      Very clicky. If you don't fit in you won't get any help if you have questions. Very high turnover rate, low wages

      They allow you to work to your full potential. There is enough room to work on or discover your strengths .

      At times the work / life balance can get a little skewed. While the benefits are decent, the insurance could be a little better.

      Pros

      Big Company , you meet a lot of people inside and outside the company. The work environment is pretty Friendly for the most part, there are a lot of old-timers who have been there since High School.

      Cons

      to much turnover on the Management part and every new Management take a different direction or approach and not much improvement or accomplishment at the end.
