Pros

Tax-free salary. Cheap food on premises

Cons

Very disappointing work experience. The company runs on nepotism, don't expect any form of recognition based on what you actually do. Managers barely pay interest to their teams, top-to-bottom attitude

Pros

Great cause, great flexibility in terms of work from home

Cons

No benefits for consultants like vacation, no paid leaves, one month pay forgone for break in service which means that you get paid only for 11 months in one year.
