Pros

WFP has given me a great experience to work in multicultural diversity environment with people who have great expertise in the area of Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement, and ICT.

Cons

WFP did not provide a chance to grow in terms of formal education (funding higher education i.e. MBA, MSC). Also, the value of employee' professional career is not very recognized and appreciated (experience matter)

Pros

Technology department was a great place to work. Very inclusive and fun teams with great projects. Very progressive and cutting edge in their approach. Good pay and benefits. Great team, very good talent from all over the world. Excellent senior management.

Cons

Some Programme Policy teams and departments (e.g. Pro-P) have very racist people in their teams. Not sure how these people continue to be allowed to function within the organization.

Pros

Colleagues. Mission. Benefits. WFH Fridays

Cons

To be clear, I am talking specifically about World Food Program USA. Toxic leadership among some of the senior team. Lack of transparency. Blaming. Lack of integrity. Fear induced work environment. Act like employees are disposable.
