Pros

The international experience is unbelievable. So many professionals from all over the world, lots to learn. Fast paced environment, teaches you that you either lobby for yourself, or you're out.

Cons

A very swim or drown environment. You need to know the right people in order to get places. Very difficult to land a stable contract, the constant networking/lobbying can get very tiring.
