Pros

WFP has given me a great experience to work in multicultural diversity environment with people who have great expertise in the area of Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement, and ICT.

Cons

WFP did not provide a chance to grow in terms of formal education (funding higher education i.e. MBA, MSC). Also, the value of employee' professional career is not very recognized and appreciated (experience matter)
