Pros

+ Of UN organizations, one of the orgs that actually gets things done + Some committed, passionate co-workers + Get to travel a lot, particularly to unusual places

Cons

- Still a UN organization bogged down with bureaucracy and inefficiency - Has more hardship/emergency duty stations than most other UN agencies - Promotion is slower than some other UN agencies
