Pros

- International UN organisation, you meet and get to work with people from everywhere - Really solid structure, a great cause

Cons

- It is very institutional, the hierarchy is very fixed, so sometimes is hard to collaborate and contribute in a project. Probably at some point a person with a higher position will undo what was already done.
