Diverse, multicultural people from all over the world works here, helpful colleagues

Local employees are not given enough opportunities, poor employee development.

Pros

Interesting colleagues, chance to go on mission to work in humanitarian situations also.

Cons

Contract is awful. Only 2 days paid leave a year. Unless you go on mission, lots of talk about change but no long term impact measurement, and most work done through 3rd party field partners anyways.
