Pros

Leave rules. Health insurance. Salaries are higher than average in the country.

Cons

work environment and supervisor supervisee dynamics are fair on papers but in reality it's a bit off. Training and career growth are not supported equally for all employees. (both points are based on my own personal experience).

Pros

American style working environment. Providing the most updated equipment for employees.

Cons

Still quite bureaucratic, not easy to move up.
