Wipro provides lots of oportunities to learn and grow in the career. however its depends on the project you are working you can grow fast or at a slow pace. People who shows high performance are given chance to grow in their career. Wipro gives more importance for the employee to be true consultant by providing adrequate trainings and COE (center of excellence).Senior management could be approached easily if needed.
