Open communication environment, access to manager's manager and leadership, fast paced, quick decisions, autonomy. True entrepreneurial work experience. Good experienced people in first-level and mid-level management. Good stepping stone for the inexperienced.
Cons
Good for inexperienced and early career. Not good for experienced hires who are not at the VP level. Senior management levels are mostly locked up with matrixed and overlapping structures. Too many "cooks." Business is run like a staffing company. Strong commitment to any opportunity that requires no investment and requires skilled labor/billings. Business building strategy is tactical and focused on sales/business development. Organization has two structures: Sales and Delivery. No product or capability development. Have recently changed incentive program and is now paying below market for experienced roles.
