Pros

Extremely good work life life balance, free food and transport services, annual gifts, quarterly team outings and well stuffed pantries.

Cons

Management is a fool. They don't have any vision for upcoming projects. Work quality is very poor. Most of the teams at Walmart don't have much work on their plate and on contrary they are hiring at a very high pace, and the reason for it is high attrition. Currently Walmart has an attrition for around 3 FTEs leaving everyday.
