Pros

-Easy job; just do what you are told, be where you are supposed to -Good bonus; varies by store, nice incentive payout -Flexible hours

Cons

-Cross-training; should be a positive, but promotions are next to null. -Strict attendance schedule; unless you are on a hospital bed, you will receive attendance repercussions. -Military Unfriendly; they do get upset when I ask for drill weekends off.

Pros

you constantly get raises every year though Walmart standards wont ever let you get the highest no matter how good you do but its 40 cents and it eventually builds up

Cons

it has low standards to begin with so the customers that come in are usually lower quality and very ... entitled and many are on state funded programs and wont take anything above $0
