Pros

They hire students; it's a crummy job overall but it's a good way to gain some work experience during highschool

Cons

Bad hours, low wages, poor management, and of course, dealing with customers! Don't believe what management says: sometimes the customer is dead wrong.

Pros

Not a whole lot but there is chance for promotion if you have a college degree. Also, you get an employee discount.

Cons

Dealing with rude customers. Most of the time your supervisor is a jerk. Some weeks you do not get to work enough hours to bring home a good check,

Pros

good for part time, the pay is very competitive. If you can get along with people then its a good place to work.

Cons

management is very poor, at times lazy. The store can be run better if managers take more initiative and trust their employees. At time management is very strict and uptight.
