Pros

Full-time position with benefits (you have to pay - never used them so I don't know if they are good or not). Pay is above the minimum wage and gives you extra bonus for overnight and working on Sundays. Most of the associates are nice and helpful. They have many locations, so you can have a short commute or car pool

Cons

Management has too many favorites. Communication is very bad from one shift to the next. Even on the same shift very bad and I think it's due to the store being so large and no walkies. Some of the employees are slackers and don't care about getting the job done. When this happens you have to pickup the slack and that can make your job harder.

Pros

You get to meet some great people along the way. As long as you do your job, you have a pretty stable job in these tough times.

Cons

Some of the customers can make you lose faith in humanity. Erosion of Sam's basic beliefs as time goes on.
