Pros

If you can make it to a management position the pay is fairly decent. The people are friendly as well.

Cons

One of the downsides of working at wal-mart would have to be that they treat all employees as if they are in elementary school.

Pros

If you are a slacker and love to avoid working, helping others and being looked down upon by managers then this is the place to be.

Cons

Management was distant, incoherent, unhelpful and sometimes down right condescending. Many times you weren't allowed to talk to a store manager and when you could it was unproductive. Very demanding also. Many co-workers could care less about helping customers. It was frustrating.

Pros

They offer a flexible schedule to work around with. If you are comfortable with the people you work with like me then you will find that as a pro.

Cons

The management is horrible. At one point my manager told me to do something then right after another manager from another department had told me drop what I was doing and do what he asked threatening me after I told him my manager told me to do something first.
