Pros

just to get Canadian experience as a new immigrant, learn basic retail knowledge, learn how to deal with internal customers as well as external customers

Cons

not really a downside but the salary is too low and attitudes of some of the member of management team

Pros

non traditional work hours, nights and weekends to off set days hours during the week your off to get things done for you family

Cons

The benefits are not the best (a little on the expensive side). It is hard to get promoted close to home

Decent pay for what you have do day to day. Consistent pay . Bonus up to 25 % of salary .

Cons

A lot expected for the pay you receive . Health Insurance not good for day to day issues, only major events.
