Pros

Co workers make it a fun environment

Cons

Do not pay employees very well, you only get a raise once a year and youre lucky if you get 40¢. I worked for several different stores and every store I worked at the store managers sit in the office all day instead of doing things around the store then get upset when asm's and shift leads don't get every single thing done. Almost every manager treats their employees like the don't have a life outside of Walgreens and are unsympathetic to any life tragedies. Just an all around awful employer to work for.
