Pros

Fun people, no accountability, easy

Cons

Everything else....from the work you do or are given permission to do, to the amount of compensation you receive. As a member of "management" I am actually just a stockboy in a vest and tie.

Pros

Flexible schedule, profit sharing, personal growth, opportunities for promotion at the store level. Compensation is decent as you move up. Customer experience has become more of a focus over the past few years.

Cons

Little work-life balance, especially for salaried managers. Not enough training hours for new hires. Upper management is more concerned with sales than employee safety and satisfaction.
