Pros

Customers were great they made the job go easier

Cons

No training, leadership doesn’t talk to employees, stand offish behavior and build a buddy system to not engage. Walk in on drama with a leader not leading, bitter rude to customers! Store manager doesn’t engage also sad place to work when there is a great opportunity!
