      Fun, diverse team of people to work with, including an approachable, friendly senior leadership team Excellent socials Clear business model Flexible work-life balance for those with other commitments Lots of locations worldwide with options to travel or relocate, both temporarily or permanently

      More competitive pay, but the company does a lot to rectify this and offer other benefits

      The best part of WM is undoubtedly the people. Some other highlights are: - Great growth potential and a positive attitude to promote from within ( My journey - Temporary Worker > Consultant > Senior Consultant > Manager > Senior Manager > BU manager). Peers and Management supported at every stage. - Varied work, they work with various industries, clients and project types - Great diversity within the company and especially in the Senior Leadership Team - Open access to management - People first approach - Fun and challenging work
