It's easy to get lost in this big company
Pros
Vodafone had some great working practices, they were flexible for employees and provided me with a competitive salary and benefits. The workplace is modern, people are friendly and embrace change well.
Cons
At the head office most people hot desk due to a permanent part-work from home strategy that saves on overall office space and parking (and travel cost and convenience for employees). Don't get me wrong, I loved being able to work permanently part from home but due to the hot desk nature when in the office it could be difficult to sit with your team and so collaborate with them face to face. The offices are also all very open plan which makes it harder for people to relax and have fun without disturbing a lot of other people. The company also seemed to restructure too frequently, in 2 years I had 3 different managers due to reorgs.
