very dynamic fast paced and very well structured organization, a lot of good process and business practices to absorb. opportunities to move around and cover different roles
Cons
almost impossible to move up and get promoted. rule of thumb: stay 3 years max and then try to get a level up or else just go. this is a stage 3 ego macho organization. little true recognition and sharing culture
