      - Mostly friendly, great people as colleagues and peers, supportive and available to help - Great work with other Vodafone Operating Companies and partners, great exposure to other markets, cultures, and different ways of achieving success - (Usually) very interesting projects that make a real difference to the client's business - Senior management encourage employees to try new things and ideas

      Cons

      - Work / life balance can be a challenge, especially around critical mission projects and departments - High staff turnover - Communication could be improved and groups/departments could have more synergy and work collaboratively to ensure a constant learning experience and effective knowledge transfer/best practices

      Great perks, same conditions as full-time employees, competitive salary. Friendly environment full of young and fresh people. Initial training gives you depth overview what company's values are.

      Cons

      No chairs or stools at stores for representatives, constantly growing targets and often exaggerated quality expectations that often leads to frustration and stressful atmosphere.
