      Pros

      Still one of the largest telco operators worldwide with a strong focus on enterprise solutions and a huge war chest following the sale of its stake in Verizon Wireless

      Cons

      Vodafone has struggled to maintain its top positions in most of the key markets in Europe and is lacking a longer-term strategic vision and the appetite to take risks in order to remain competitive in the long run. Not good in managing people and talents

      Pros

      A global company, but tightly connected to local markets. Lots of opportunities for growth, both within OpCos (including up in your area of expertise, or into other areas of the business) and to other OpCos.

      Cons

      Internal technology could be improved (although there are signs this is in progress). Flexibility with work is great, but offices can be noisy at times. Challenging market for all telcos.
