      Pros

      Amazing work environment, friendly and professional team. Good leadership and care for employees, producing a fun team environment, Cares about your health, both physically and mentally. And they also help provide career opportunities in and out of the company by providing a good learning work experience.

      Cons

      Long working hours which is not good for work-life balance due to a gym needing to open from morning until night. Might have to consider with the pay that you get.

      Free membership for you and your loved one. The gym is amazing.

      Cons

      > Local management acts like a brand activator. So passive > During the pandemic - management was so afraid to react and let the front line handle angry members. > Laid off a lot of staff at the first hit of the pandemic and said with a heavy heart to let them go. These are nice PR words to say: Once they can get back on, they will recall those they let go of. They never did. Even the same position reopened, but no. Never return the message and never. Completely ignore.
