One rate of pay whether you are 17 with no experience or 40 with 10 years of experience No penalty rates for weekends or public holidays Mandatory weekends shifts for all full and part time staff. Expected to have full time availability even if you are only on a 15hr a week contract, and are usually on a rotating roster. Previous benefits have been removed under new leadership.
