great people, virgin discounts, free gym membership

Cons

poor pay, too many company changes, poor communication, head office constantly making mistakes to both members and staff, the commission structure is terrible, no incentive for good work, they promote flexibility but this is not true, you work on bank holidays, no social events, they promote their values but these values are not upheld
