The people are dedicated, they care about the outcomes of their work. There is a lot of collaboration across teams and departments. Progression is available if you work for it and grow your profile in the company. The gyms are fantastic, as is the fitness culture The values are great

Cons

The workload is huge and pretty thankless (which is true of marketing departments in a lot of companies). Marketing isn't a well respected department - I've seen several redundancies and budget cuts, it's the first to go when money is lacking. The culture can be toxic. Hopefully this has gotten better since
