Pros

Free membership for you and a family/friend.

Cons

Unfulfilling job, cold calling old/new members to retain them or sell them a membership. Dealing with the angry clients when the pool/health suit doesn't work and management not offering support.

Pros

Free Membership to the club including all classes

Cons

Disguised as Admin/Reception role but a Sales position with impossible targets, 'team capped commission' - which just means NO commission. Leads are meant to be generated by a call centre but they suck and can't even set up enough appointments for the EC team to hit budget. Minimum wage for so much work. Full-time shifts are never 9-5 and you're expected to open, close and work horrific hours. Get any other sales job - this isnt worth it, especially if you're a female, they will always pick men.
