Free gym membership (although I never received this - when I enquired they kept saying they would sort it out). Aesthetically pleasing environment to work in with friendly atmosphere

Cons

Although people are friendly the lower you are in the chain the less valued and respected you are and this becomes obvious

Free gym membership for you and one other.

Cons

Poor pay. Poor management. Discrimination. Poor health and safety. Lack of actual qualified and experienced staff. No rewards or praise while managers who sit and do nothing get rewarded with paid lunches and trips away. Managers assaulting staff members and withholding wages. Poor training. Any additional courses you wish to go on, you must pay for out your own pocket.
